- The site assistant, to point you in the right direction. It answers with
replies we wrote; when it doesn't know, it puts you through to a person.
- Translations of site text, reviewed before publishing.

Where we don't

• No machine teaches. Classes are taught by a person, live.
• Your exercises are corrected by your teacher.

Your data

What you type into the assistant is not used to train any model.
